  • Condition Requirements: For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on opened underwear or lingerie, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear and lingerie that have been opened or tried on.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. How to Process a Return or Exchange

  • Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

  • Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
